My personal journey includes years of food and body image struggles as well as helping my 6 children traverse a variety of debilitating health issues such as severe allergies, digestive conditions, ADHD, and autism. This has developed my calling and compassion to support adults and children with health challenges or suffering disordered eating, sugar addiction and its accompanying shame. As a Christian Health Practitioner with a background in teaching, training and instructional coaching I have the faith, passion and ability to apply integrative approaches to help you experience wholistic transformation and the best version of yourself in mind, body and spirit.
