Wellness Circle Itinerary
September 2025
Month 1: We focus is on building foundational habits to support overall well-being.
A food journal is introduced to track daily meals, helping individuals identify eating patterns, portion sizes, and potential triggers for cravings or energy fluctuations.
Fasting may be incorporated based on individual needs, ranging from intermittent fasting to more structured and longer fasts, allowing the body to rest, reset digestion, and improve metabolic flexibility.
Understanding blood sugar regulation is essential, as stabilizing glucose levels through balanced meals, mindful eating, and strategic fasting can prevent energy crashes, cravings, and mood swings.
Additionally, we will teach an awareness of emotions and their impact on triggers and how they play plays a crucial role in making sustainable changes. Recognizing emotional eating patterns and stress-related cravings helps individuals build healthier coping mechanisms, improving their relationship with food and with others and overall well-being.
Together, these components create a solid framework for long-term health and sustainable lifestyle changes..
October 2025
Month 2: We focus shifts to optimizing key lifestyle factors that influence overall well-being.
Light exposure plays a crucial role in regulating circadian rhythms, improving mood, and enhancing energy levels, with an emphasis on natural sunlight during the day and reducing blue light exposure in the evening.
Proper hydration is reinforced, as water is essential for digestion, detoxification, and maintaining energy balance.
Sleep quality becomes a priority, with strategies to establish a consistent sleep routine, improve sleep hygiene, and understand the impact of rest on recovery and overall health.
Additionally, the basics of communication are introduced, helping individuals express their needs, set boundaries, and develop healthier relationships, which can reduce stress and improve emotional well-being.
By addressing these foundational elements, individuals continue building a sustainable and holistic approach to health.
November 2025
Month3: We focus is on detoxification and supporting the body's natural ability to eliminate toxins, both physically and emotionally.
The liver, as the body’s primary detox organ, is emphasized with strategies such as nutrient-dense foods, hydration, and lifestyle choices that enhance its function.
Eliminating seed oils—which are often highly processed and inflammatory—helps reduce oxidative stress and improve metabolic health.
Detoxification practices like sauna use, dry brushing, and sweating are incorporated to stimulate circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, and aid in toxin elimination.
Additionally, regular exercise is encouraged, as movement supports detox through increased blood flow, oxygenation, and sweating.
Alongside physical detox, deliverance from emotional or spiritual strongholds is introduced, helping individuals identify limiting beliefs, traumas, or unresolved issues that may hinder progress.
Repentance and forgiveness are integrated as essential practices for releasing past burdens, promoting emotional healing, and fostering a sense of inner peace. These combined strategies support individuals in achieving holistic health, balancing both body and mind for long-term vitality.
