Spiritual Direction is a formational relationship, producing a transformation of inner healing, personal growth and whole-heartedness so we might fulfill God’s unique calling on our lives to love and lead well. It is a Spirit-driven process of forming the inner world of our being (spirit-mind-emotion-body) in such a way that it becomes like the inner being and character of Jesus himself. What we do will arise from who we are, an inside out empowerment of love and faith, freedom and fruitfulness.

Health & Wellness
We combine principles of health and wellness coaching with a Christian worldview that integrates faith and biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual guidance into discussions about health choices and lifestyle changes. We will guide and support individuals, families or groups to establish and achieve health and wellness goals. This may include creating personalized plans for nutrition, exercise, and stress management, and supporting a variety of health conditions tailored for individual needs, preferences, and circumstances. Through education and individualized coaching, adjustments to the plan are made as needed taking into consideration the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of the client.
